Disclose

Have you created something innovative? Contact OTTL to get started.
An invention disclosure - a description and record of the people and resources involved your work - is a critical first step. It lets us develop a protective intellectual property framework, identify key partners, satisfy compliance obligations and, in the case of a patentable invention, evaluate patentability. Reach out with questions - we鈥檙e here to help.
We encourage the community to disclose often and early - before any听public presentation, discussion, or publication. Publication before protection听can jeopardize patent and other IP rights.
Once the invention is disclosed, the OTTL team takes over. We'll assess your invention, manage IP protection, and consider partners and potential markets, all while handling the necessary agreements with third parties.
